How we compare on metering

Some tools meter the listings you're allowed to publish each month and leave the condition and details to you. Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 10 free scans to try ListLogic™ end-to-end — identify, condition read, pricing, and eBay listing — with no credit card. The trial is a one-time allotment; it doesn't reset.

What counts as a scan, and what counts as a listing?

A scan is one card photographed and read: identification, condition, suggested price, and a complete listing draft. Publishing that draft to eBay is included — we don't meter listings. One scan can become one listing, so plan numbers read directly as listings per month.

How does billing work?

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. Your scan allowance refreshes each billing period. The Business plan is usage-based and invoiced monthly, set up by our team.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel from your account's billing portal at any time; your plan stays active through the end of the paid period.

Do I need my own eBay account?

Yes. You connect your eBay account once through eBay's official sign-in; every listing publishes under your account and your history stays tied to it.

What is your refund policy?

It's published at listlogic.co/refund. If something went wrong with your subscription, email hello@listlogic.co and we'll make it right per that policy.

Do you have a plan for card shops or high-volume dealers?

Yes — the Business plan has no scan caps, with usage-based billing invoiced monthly, in-person onboarding, and priority support. Email hello@listlogic.co with the subject "Business plan inquiry" and we'll get you going.
